Return policy

Our return policy lasts 91 days. If 91 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 91 days after delivery

Refund Policy for Customs Delays


At Snusforsale, we strive to ensure a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience for all our customers. However, international shipping can sometimes encounter unexpected delays, especially when orders are held at customs.

Eligibility for a refund due to order stuck in customs

  1. Notification: Please inform us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, and you have received notification from the carrier that it is detained at customs.

  2. Verification: Our team will verify the status of the shipment with the carrier.

  3. Refund Processing: Once confirmed, we will initiate a refund of 50% of the purchase price of the products in the delayed shipment. Shipping costs is not refunded. The refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Sale items may be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3 Year – Right of Complaint

If you experience any issues with your purchase from our website, you have the right to lodge a complaint within 3 years from the date of purchase. 6. Shipping Costs:

If a product needs to be returned for resolution, the cost of shipping to our service center will be covered by the customer. Snusforsale will cover the cost of shipping the resolved product back to the customer.

This Right of Complaint does not affect the legal rights of customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
